Chicago Behavioral Hospital, a member of the Park Ridge Opioid Advisory Group, is supporting the 1st Annual Candlelight Walk on April 18, 2018 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.  The event is to show support for those touched by the suffering of drug and alcohol abuse, and to fight the stigma associated with addiction and mental illness.  The highlights of the evening are community resource tables, speeches from families affected by addiction and mental illness, a spiritual address and words from Park Ridge’s Mayor and Chief of Police.  The event organizers are Maine Community Youth Assistant Foundation (MCYAF) and the Park Ridge Opioid Advisory Group.  Event location is at Hodges Park, in front of Park Ridge City Hall.  Call (847) 224.8118 for more information.
