Adult Mental Health Program
The goal of the Adult Mental Health Program is to provide stabilization and treatment for adults experiencing mental health conditions including Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, PTSD, or Schizophrenia. Symptoms may include:
- Suicidal thoughts or behaviors
- Homicidal thoughts or behaviors
- Feeling sad, hopeless, or depressed
- Extreme fear, worry, or anxiety
- Irritability or anger
- Extreme mood changes or mood swings
- Intrusive thoughts
- Inability to concentrate or focus
- Changes in sleeping
- Changes in appetite
- Hearing voices
- Seeing things that are not really there
Our Mental Health Program utilizes evidence-based treatments including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) as well as adjunctive therapy modalities including expressive therapy, recreation therapy, individual therapy, and family therapy.
