Evergreen Behavioral Health – Adult Intensive Outpatient Programs

At Evergreen Behavioral Health, we offer comprehensive Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization (PHP) programs designed to support adults seeking mental health and substance use treatment while maintaining connections to their daily lives.

Our structured outpatient programs provide a supportive environment where individuals can develop healthy coping skills, address emotional and behavioral health challenges, and work toward lasting recovery and wellness.

Adults 18+ experiencing:

• Emotional distress
• Depression or anxiety
• Mental Health challenges
• Substance use concerns
• Difficulty managing daily stress

9:00am-12:00pm
Monday through Friday. Our adult IOP program provides structured support for individuals who need more than traditional outpatient therapy but do not require inpatient hospitalization.

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

9:00am to 3:00pm

• 5 days a week
• 6 hours a day
• Daily group therapy
• Psychiatric check ins & medication management
• Coping skill development
• Individualized treatment planning
• Ongoing progress updates
